To get the right proportions for my body, I often need to combine characteristics from multiple sizes of the same sewing pattern, so cutting out one size and destroying the rest of the sizes in the process is never a good option for me. (It also seems like such a waste!) Sound familiar? Luckily, there are tons of options for preserving patterns, and Tilly from Tilly and the Buttons has helpfully shared one of my favorite tried-and-true fabric marking techniques today on her blog.

Want to give it a try? Head over to Tilly and the Buttons to see how it’s done.
