Love Hate Punch is a punching bag that changes color gradually as you punch it, by artist Stefan Gross. I see it as turning white from red as you punch it, reflecting how your red anger has been drained.Via BB.

    Change that to color shades of red depending on how hard the bag is hit or use eink to display some sort of measurement value around the bag. Da-ta! All the gyms on the planet buy your bag.

    im not sure about the anger drain thing. these folks seem to be smiling.

    Don that’s a great idea!

    You could do something like only record body blows or punches hard enough to trigger the counter. There could be limitless options for creating training regimens and whatnot.
