I’m madly in love with the scientific stitchery of The Voracious Brain. She’s a scientist and stitcher, and her work is clever, thought-provoking and even educational. It makes me wish a textbook publisher would use them as illustrations. How awesome would it be to see these in your science book instead of some boring, computer-generated graphic? Leigh (Voracious Brain) is an old friend of mine- our dads are best buds from way back. We recently got back in touch via Facebook. How fantastic to see her wonderful stitchery on the Craftzine blog! She is dedicated to her scientific work and a great crafter. I seriously know the most talented people: My friend Renee (Domestic Scientist) has had several of her cakes featured here, I had something featured, and now Leigh. I hope y’all will check out the Voracious Brain Etsy page and get some geek craft for your home!
