At-Home Chocolate Tree

Food & Beverage

I love Sarah James, and let me tell you why. On Monday I posted about Del Posto restaurant’s decadent chocolate tree made by pouring tempered chocolate into a vat of ice cubes. The cooled resulting figure is reminiscent of sea coral, or the gnarled branches of a delicious tree. Sarah saw the post and was immediately inspired to take action. In less than 24 hours, not only had she tried the chocolate experiment at home, but she also documented it in a tutorial on Instructables and dropped a link in my email. So I salute you Sarah James, purveyor of urgently awesome DIY projects.
