Sarah James at Instructables shows us this deadly weapon: four-minute chocolate mousse. I don’t know whether to thank her or to curse her, it looks so delicious!

This is genius. Sadly, I can’t have any right now (preggo + uncooked egg = no no) but I will add this to my list!

This recipe looks more authentic, but if you want something even easier (though it takes more like ten minutes), Nigella’s Instant Chocolate Mousse might be right up you alley. And no eggs.

I made it. The hardest part was figuring out how to get ice water at short notice when I lacked ice cubes – I ended up using frozen vegetables instead.
It’s amazingly yummy, but very thick and rich. I reccommend putting it in really small dishes – I used sundae dishes and even they held about twice as much as I could eat in one go!
