When my husband and I were dating, I remember vividly the first time I visited his grandmother’s home in East Texas. Aside from having a lovely visit with her and his grandfather, she served some amazing homemade banana pudding. Thirteen years later, I still remember that banana pudding (what can I say, I’m a gal easily swooned by desserts).
