How-To: Biscoff Brownies

Food & Beverage

If you’ve ever taken a Delta flight somewhere, you’ve likely enjoyed the super tasty Biscoff cookies they serve. I remember falling in love with them several years ago and then flipping out when I stumbled on them in my local grocery store. They’ve been a favorite special snack ever since. Turns out now they even make Biscoff spread, which sounds dreamy. Bridget of Bake at 350 got a hold of some and whipped up these yummy-looking brownies with it. Delish!

I love cookies but I’ve never heard of these! What makes them so tasty?

Bridget has a good description of them on her blog post (linked in the post above). They are very crisp and cinnamon-y and light. Super yummy! :)

Thank you so much for the shout-out! I can tell you they were a HUGE hit at our house. I’ll definitely make them again!
