When I was a kid, I loved (l-o-v-e-d) the frosted pink and white with sprinkles circus animal cookies from Mother’s. I can’t remember the last time I ate one, but I’m really loving this homemade, jumbo version from Bridget at Bake at 350. They are beautiful, and sound really tasty.
