How-To: Ratatouille

Food & Beverage

Ratatouille makes a great hearty side dish or even main course! Instructables user JarOfEyeballs shares a recipe and step-by-step walkthrough. The best part about it is that the veggies you use are very flexible, making it a great catchall dish for clearing out your fridge.

  1. I have no mouth and I must scream says:

Linguini: Hey… Why do they call it that?
    Skinner: What?
Linguini: Ratatouille. It’s like a stew, right? Why do they call it that? If you’re gonna name a food, you should give it a name that sounds delicious. Ratatouille doesn’t sound delicious. It sounds like “rat” and “patootie.” Rat-patootie, which does not sound delicious.
