Double chocolate and bacon in a cookie? These would be hard to resist. Laurie of Simply Scratch writes, “It was only a matter of time before I succumbed to the whole trend/obsession/idea of putting bacon IN a baked good.” After reading through this recipe, I am so glad she finally succumbed!
