How-To: Hair Clip Holder Clothesline

I love this adorable hair clip holder disguised as a cute clothesline from Nested. She’s provided a tutorial and patterns for the wee dresses. The trick? The dresses aren’t stitched down across the top, allowing the hair clips to slide on to the clothesline and on to the dress, making it look like they are actually clipped to the line. Brilliant!
