Renegade Craft Fair is coming to Austin, Texas for the first time ever this weekend. More than 200 indie crafters will be there with their wares, and there will be loads of demos and make and takes throughout the weekend. Yours truly will be at the Stitch Lab booth where I’ll be demoing how to make hand embroidered fabric covered buttons at 3:00 on Saturday. The Stitch Lab booth will also have demos and special appearances from Vickie Howell, Jenny Hart, Jennifer Perkins, Tina Sparkles, Kathie Sever, Kat McTee, Becky Joiner and Laura Del Villaggio. You can catch more demos and goodies from the likes of The Wonder Craft, Etsy, Austin Craft Mafia and Public School. That’s a whole lot of awesome!
Admission to the event is free, but parking is not, so be sure to check out the transportation options given over on the Renegade web site. We hope to see you there!
