I have to admit, I love checking out other peoples notebooks, especially if it’s a Makers Notebook. This year, my kids came with me to Maker Faire San Mateo and each one of them documented the trip in their notebook. I posted a few of my favorite pages, with permission, for you to enjoy. Hope you like ’em!
By far, my favorite pages are her pin collections. Yeah, it makes the book a little hard to close, but who cares! Each pin reminds her of a specific time and place at Maker Faire. It’s a great physical representation of a specific time and place during her trip.
Yep, Dad werkes [works] in the Sed! [Maker Shed]. And yes, I took the pin!
She was so excited to go in the ricket [RayGun Gothic Rocket]! I have to admit, I’m a little jealous, because I didn’t get a chance to climb up the ladder and check it our for myself! Hopefully they will be back next year.
What’s in your Makers Notebook? We’d love to see! Post a link in the comments below. Wait, you don’t have a Makers Notebook? Pick one up in the Maker Shed!
