Kinetic ring sculpture keeps you on edge

Arduino Craft & Design

‘Arduino inside!’

After a long day’s work, it’s nice to settle down in a comfy chair and – Freak out with some clanky metal sculpture!

A kinetic model made with recycled metal,
a bipolar stepper motor (ripped out of an old scanner), a L293D dual H-bridge and programmed with an arduino.
In short it makes alot of noise.

Brought to you by Boogerlab and the power of Arduino.

So if it has an Arduino in it that makes it worth my time?

    – plus the time it takes to leave a comment?
    Yup, It appears so!

Maybe i don’t get it at all.. but i can’t seem to get the pretty/funny/interesting part about it :S

Or maybe its my latin idiosyncrasy :P

  4. Collin Cunningham says:

@ NiñoScript – I found the device’s manic and jarring movement and raw simplicity to be unusual and entertaining. I do having some odd tastes and a strange sense of humor at times – so it’s most likely my idiosyncrasies to blame, not yours ;)

Thanks for inquiring so politely – i really appreciate that!
