Maker Interviews

NASA Chief Technologist Mason Peck

In this video from last September’s Maker Faire New York, Michael Shiloh describes the very cool Arduino Yún. The Yún is an Arduino on steroids. It comes with an ATmega chip, the 32u4–same one as the Leonardo–as well as an Atheros AR9331 processor loaded with Linino Linux & Python. That’s a pretty complicated board–for instance, there are three different reset buttons, one for the Atmega, one for the Linux chip, and one for the wifi chip.

If this sounds intriguing, check out the video and be sure to pick up a Arduino Yún from the Maker Shed.
