For $12, they got a 8×4 foot piece of panel board from a home store and turned it into a desktop they can write on.

    Paneled the walls of my office with these at a former job for drawing giant flow charts and system diagrams that for some reason wouldn’t fit on an ordinary whiteboard. Also kept a floor to ceiling to do list on one.
