Victoria Jaqua (Amarillo, Texas) is a founding member of OSMS and co-author of “Design | Make | Protect,” an OSMS and Nation of Makers (NOM) white paper documenting the PPE distributed manufacturing response to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. She is a curator for the OSMS Project Library and also serves on the GOSQAS steering subcommittee.
