The ODROID-XU4 is a slightly expensive yet powerful board that works well for a home NAS system, processor-based crypto-mining or IoT buildout.
It has great accessory options including a 7-inch touchscreen which is powered through one of its USB ports and is fed video through the HDMI port. There are Odroid builds of Android and Ubuntu Mate for the device available via their repositories. It is one of the more powerful boards on the market given its Exynos5422 Octa-Core processor. Be sure to purchase an eMMC with it as there is a dramatic difference between it and the SD card read/write speed. One thing to take note of is that the PIN header shape is the same as Raspberry Pi B+ but pins #37, #38 and #40 are not compatible.
The Odroid is a great board where processing power and data throughput are needed, although its lack of onboard Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are notable detractors where newer boards have these built-in.
