Clickwheel, Comics for iPods
I really like efforts like this- here’s how to get comics on your iPod. William Simons of Clickwheel says: “We’ve just created the world’s first and only desktop application for downloading digital comics to the iPod photo. It’s currently available as a demo version, which you’re free to download from www.clickwheel.net.” [via] Link.
Atari Retro USB Hub – the hubstick
MAKE pal Brendan Dawes is at it again…Following on from my Atari Flash Drive I decided to take the Dremel to another piece of Atari kit – this time the iconic joystick. This is an Atari 4 port USB hub, complete with status indicator LED. It uses a cheap 4 port hub made for laptops which I bought from good old Maplins Link.

Homemade Pac Man Electric Guitar
A Pac Man guitar, built on a bet– “Not only can I build it, I can make the headstock blink as well!” A variable-speed knob is located on the eyeball so you can synchronize the blinker to the beat. There is also an emergency push-button kill switch (another request of the client). I hope he makes some blue ghost bass guitars too. [via] Link.
Duct tape prom wear…
Duck Tape brand Duct tape had a contest for the best prom attire made out of duct tape. The results are incredible. Does the outfit have to be made entirely out of duct tape? No, the entire outfit does not have to be 100% duct tape. However, if you look at past winners you will see that full duct tape attire was a plus. Link.
