Steve Cooley has a couple time lapse videos of building things- the first video making a table for his drill press the second video is turning some old wood in to a really neat looking table leg or something Link. Perhaps on my next project I’ll do some time lapse and see how it turns out.
Built as a one-man-band musical instrument- The Phoney Controller consists of a telephone housing, four Force Sensing Resistors (FSRs), an Analog Devices ADXL202 two-dimensional accelerometer, a BASIC Stamp II (BSII) microcontroller, a stupid “on-off” switch, and a cool LED! I am essentially using the BSII as a MIDI sequencer. All sounds at this point have to be generated from an external MIDI synthesizer. The FSRs and the 2D accelerometer are used to control various aspects of the sequencer. Link.
Handy for all those retro games, over 74,000 in their library- Have you ever rented a game that came with no instructions? Have you ever bought a used game and found out later that the package you received didn’t come with an essential map or answers to copy protection questions required to play the game? Have you ever bought a re-released game and then realized that they only included an Installation Guide, no game instructions at all? Link.

Neat photoset found on Flickr. After a crack appeared inthe case of my Sony MicroVault and it spilled all over the floor. I decided to mod it up, and spent a while looking for something cool. I found this cassette, and this is the result. B Side looks awesome. All in all, 2 hours of work and thinking, for a very simple, but I think rather cool mod for my old usb stick. Might be a fun project to add an iPod Shuffle to a tape adaptor. Link.

Well it worked really well so i finished off the article and put it on my PSP. It looks great so i thought i would share it you” Here are the photos. The New England Wireless and Steam Museum in East Greenwich, RI looks pretty neat. The red building houses the wireless collection. The next building is the Massie Wireless System station, “PJ”, built in 1907. It is the oldest surviving working wireless station in the world. The building in the center houses the stationary steam engine collection. This collection includes the only surviving George H. Corliss engine running under steam today. The Mayes building houses the Mechanical Engineering library and the collection of steam engine models. Link. Thanks Brian!
