Not sure what exactly is going on with this mod, but it looks like Edahc added a Sony FIU-600 fingerprint scanner to a 2.16 Ghz MacBook Pro by cutting a hold in the keyboard panel and soldering in the fingerprint scanner. Pretty sure you loose a USB port if you do that… [via] – Link.
