Globe Birthday Cake

Kristy from Craftastica made this fabulous globe cake for her 3 year old daughter’s birthday. The cake is hummingbird cake, which I have never heard of but is apparently pineapple, banana and pecan. The icing is, my favorite, cream cheese icing with some fondant for structural and sculptural support. Thanks Wendi.
