German artist Evol decorates electrical boxes and planters with adhesive paper that he’s stenciled to look like miniature concrete tenements. Funny story. Just two days ago we launched an ad campaign on Makers Market including the tagline “No doilies allowed.” That was my brainchild. Up until this morning, I could say without hesitation that I’d never met a doily I liked. Then, today, as if on cue, the tube-gods have presented me with these very amusing, very original, and very much allowable gender-bending doilies from Nathan Vincent. [via Dude Craft]
