Erin Gleeson of The Forest Feast shared her citrus salad on Cup of Jo last week and I made a slightly different version of this over the weekend. It was absolutely delicious and got me really excited for spring!

Homegrown Village is back for the 5th year running, and you can still be part of it as a maker, presenter, demonstrator, and, of course, visitor.

Preserved lemons are delicious. Salty and sour, they’re a common ingredient in Indian and North African cuisine. My friend Joy just gave me a big bag of Meyer lemons, so today I started my own jar of preserved lemons. They’ll be ready in about three weeks. I can’t wait!
