Brooklyn Robot Foundry is doing some amazingly whimsical things with robotics and young makers. Stop by and check out some of the wonderful robotic creations conjured up by Brooklyn Robot Factory’s fledgling engineers at the Young Makers tent in Zone C!
Over 60 makers, artists, and hackers will gather at a warehouse in Brooklyn this week, and spend two days building collaborative projects. Their wares will be on display on Saturday starting at 7PM.
Aquatic craft makers will give a presentation and Mare Liberum will be building vessels at World Maker Faire in Queens, NYC.

After seeing Goli’s post on BUFFdiss, I am reminded of Rebecca Ward. The Brooklyn-based, Texas-born artist creates elaborate geometries reminiscent of harps and cathedrals … entirely out of colored tape and vinyl. Stunning.
