MakerBot Industries’ latest drool-inducing extruder, the MK7 StepStruder is designed for 1.75mm filament rather than previous versions’ 3mm, making for tighter and sexier prints. Intriguingly, MakerBot’s announcement mentioned the possibility of packing two extruders for printing two kinds of filament simultaneously. Heck yeah!
German designer Nils Ferber designed a sleek, futuristic-looking drill-powered trike, and built it out of stainless steel, with the help of his team.
